The Company was founded by Mr. Richard J Huber, CPA (CEO and controlling shareholder of Genesis Systems Inc..) in Pune, Maharastra (The Registered office) on 2nd of April 2007 and later expanded to Gurgaon, Haryana as a Branch office in Oct 2007. Mr. Huber is in active control of all facets of operation of Genesis Vital Processors Pvt. Ltd. and has developed an environment wherein both US and Indian staff interact on a daily basis to the benefit of Genesis’s customers.
